1. Safe operation

5 Maintenance of cutting head

5.1. Install the cutting head correctly, ensure that all parts are well matched, and ensure the flow of gas and cooling gas. Keep it clean during installation to avoid dirt sticking to the components.

5.2. Timely Check whether the nozzle ceramic ring is damaged, whether the protective mirror is dusty or damaged, and replace it in time replacement of consumables

6 Maintenance of water chiller

Regarding the water cooler, pure water needs to be replaced once a week. A small amount of alcohol can be added to the water to avoid and clean up the growth of microorganisms in the water and block the cooling system. If the temperature is too low in winter, you can add antifreeze, and the ratio is pure water: antifreeze=3:1. In summer, to prevent condensation, you can keep the water cooler without shutting down for 24 hours.

7. Maintenance for long term packing 

In case the machine tool is to be parked and not to be used for a long time, please smear all the moving components of the machine tool with grease and package them with anti-embroidered paper.

For other parts, it's necessary to check whether there is rust formation, exercise rust removing and rust-proof treatment for rusty parts (dust-proof covers can be added if possible), and clean and check the machine tool regularly
